The Role
This position sits within a global insurance technology business supporting insurers as they modernise core platforms and transition toward cloud-based, SaaS delivery models.
The role takes ownership of the German insurance market, with a strong emphasis on new business generation alongside selective account expansion. You will lead complex sales engagements from first contact through to deal closure, working with senior business and technology stakeholders across insurance organisations.
You will operate as a trusted commercial partner, positioning value-based solutions, supporting business case development, and coordinating closely with sales operations, marketing, product, and professional services teams.
Key Responsibilities

Own territory management across the German insurance market with a strong focus on new business

Experience

Native-level German with in-depth knowledge of the German insurance market
