Senior implementation business analysis role partnering closely with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to deliver software implementations, digital initiatives, and operational change across the insurance value chain. This role focuses on translating business requirements into practical technology solutions whilst supporting successful delivery across multiple systems and stakeholders.

This position supports complex change initiatives, working with business and technology teams to improve processes, implement new solutions, and support the effective use of technology across the organisation.

The Role

This position sits within a growing digital and technology function supporting an underwriting business operating in a fast-paced environment.

The role spans multiple initiatives, including software implementations, platform enhancements, process improvements, and operational change. You will play a key role in understanding business requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring technology changes are delivered in line with business objectives.

Acting as a senior implementation business analyst, you will work across underwriting, operations, and technology teams, helping shape solutions whilst supporting delivery, testing, and business readiness activities.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis across multiple change initiatives

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and define requirements

• Translate business requirements into clear documentation to support delivery teams

• Work with technology teams to support the design and implementation of solutions

• Support backlog management and prioritisation activities

• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with proposed changes

• Contribute to testing activities across software deployments and system updates

• Maintain engagement with business stakeholders to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving requirements

• Build effective relationships across underwriting, operations, technology, and third-party providers

• Support continuous improvement across business processes and delivery practices
