Sales Director – Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg)

Senior enterprise sales role focused on driving new logo growth across the Benelux insurance market.
Operating at the intersection of Life, Pensions and Property & Casualty, this position plays a key role in expanding regional footprint and revenue across complex, multinational environments.

The Role

This role sits within a global insurance technology provider delivering platform solutions to insurers across multiple lines of business. The focus is on originating and closing new enterprise opportunities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with potential future expansion into DACH.

You will take ownership of territory strategy, build senior relationships within target organisations, and lead complex deal cycles from early-stage qualification through to contract execution.


Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across Benelux markets
• Achieve annual sales quotas across insurance and digital platform offerings
• Build and execute structured territory and opportunity plans
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from initiation to closure
• Develop and maintain strong C-level relationships
• Create compelling business cases to support transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, business development and partner teams
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting


About You

This role suits a senior enterprise seller with a strong track record within insurance technology or complex software environments. You are comfortable navigating long-cycle sales processes and engaging senior stakeholders across regulated markets.

You combine commercial discipline with a consultative approach, capable of influencing decision-makers and shaping strategic transformation programmes.


Experience

• 10+ years enterprise software sales experience within the insurance sector
• Strong understanding of Life & Pensions and/or Property & Casualty platforms
• Proven track record managing high-value, complex deals
• Experience working with multinational insurance organisations
• Demonstrated consultative sales capability
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region


Desirable

• Experience operating across multiple European territories
• Additional language capability such as German or French
