The Role:

  • This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and qualifying high-quality sales leads to support a growing pipeline across both existing and new business areas. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including managers and C-level executives, within the insurance and financial technology landscape, using a consultative and research-driven approach.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will run structured outreach campaigns, leverage sales technologies and AI tools, and deliver qualified opportunities that support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, prospect, and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline

  • Execute omnichannel outreach and lead nurturing campaigns, including cold calling

  • Engage senior stakeholders and uncover business needs through structured discovery

  • Use CRM and sales engagement platforms to manage leads, activities, and data

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on target accounts and campaigns

  • Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and performance targets

  • Deliver well-qualified opportunities to the wider sales team

  • Leverage technology, sales tools, and AI to improve productivity and execution


About You:

  • A motivated and resilient sales professional with a passion for technology and consultative selling. You are highly organised, commercially aware, and confident engaging senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You are a strong listener and researcher, able to identify client challenges and position solutions effectively while maintaining a disciplined and entrepreneurial approach to your day-to-day activity.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in SaaS sales, ideally within insurance or financial technology
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or technology-led solutions
  • Proven ability to prospect, nurture, and qualify leads through structured outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively across sales and marketing functions

Desirable:

  • Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms
  • Experience selling into the insurance or wider financial services sector
