With recent investment from a multi billion $ US company, they are on the next phase of their growth and looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Director.
The Sales & Marketing Director takes full responsibility for delivering against sales and revenue targets, lead generation and meeting marketing goals. Duties will include building and managing the sales team, tender proposals, sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts with potential clients and representing the business at industry events. You will build loyal, long standing and profitable customer relationships in the UK and develop/implement our international growth plans.
This is an opportunity for an established software sales leader to take a key role in driving growth by delivering and developing established Sales/Go To Market plans.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the P&C Insurance industry, sales processes, sales management, pipeline building, prospecting dynamics and superb interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 8 years Sales and Sales Management Experience, preferably in the Insurance & Technology Sector, is essential.
