The Opportunity
We are supporting a global insurance technology business with the appointment of a senior Sales Director to accelerate growth across the US reinsurance market.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on developing new business, expanding strategic client relationships and helping shape the go-to-market strategy for a specialist reinsurance software proposition.
The role offers a compelling base salary, uncapped OTE and the opportunity to lead growth across a strategically important market.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving enterprise sales across insurers, reinsurers and major insurance groups, positioning complex software and SaaS solutions to senior commercial, operational and technology stakeholders.
Working closely with product, pre-sales, solution consulting and executive leadership teams, you will help shape compelling client propositions and support the continued growth of the business across North America.
Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise sales activity across the US reinsurance market

Build and manage a strategic pipeline of new business opportunities

Develop senior relationships with insurers, reinsurers and insurance groups

Position complex reinsurance software and SaaS solutions to executive stakeholders

Work closely with pre-sales, product and consulting teams throughout the sales cycle

Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy, forecasting and commercial planning

Represent the business credibly as a senior commercial lead in the market
Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with experienced enterprise sales professionals with a strong track record selling complex software, SaaS, technology or data-led solutions into the insurance market.
Reinsurance experience would be highly advantageous, although strong P&C insurance technology or enterprise software sales experience into insurers, reinsurers, carriers or major insurance groups will also be considered.
You should be comfortable managing complex consultative sales cycles, building executive-level relationships and shaping strategic commercial opportunities.
