Pricing Sales Executive – Insurance Analytics and Underwriting (EMEA)

Senior, customer-facing sales role focused on driving growth for advanced pricing and analytics solutions across the EMEA insurance market.

This role is centred on engaging insurance carriers in deep, consultative discussions around pricing, underwriting strategy, and data-driven decision-making, supporting long sales cycles and high-value enterprise deals.

The Role

This position sits within a global insurance technology business expanding its pricing and analytics proposition across EMEA.

The role is newly created and takes ownership of regional sales activity for pricing-focused solutions. Working closely with senior commercial leadership and internal account teams, you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy, build pipeline across new and existing customers, and lead complex sales engagements through to contract signature.

You will operate as a trusted commercial partner to underwriting and actuarial leaders, positioning sophisticated technology solutions that address real-world pricing and portfolio challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional sales strategy for pricing and analytics solutions

  • Lead complex, consultative sales conversations with underwriting, actuarial, and executive stakeholders

  • Identify and progress up-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts

  • Partner with internal teams to generate pipeline from new prospective customers

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to deal closure

  • Develop compelling value propositions aligned to customer pricing and underwriting needs

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information

  • Represent the business at relevant industry events and conferences

About You

This role suits an experienced enterprise sales professional with deep knowledge of insurance pricing and underwriting.

You are comfortable operating at senior levels within insurance organisations, confident managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and motivated by winning complex, high-value deals.

You bring strong analytical capability, clear communication skills, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and operate independently within a regional remit.

Experience

  • Extensive experience selling software solutions to underwriting or actuarial teams

  • Proven track record selling enterprise software into insurance carriers

  • Demonstrated success closing large, high-value deals

  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles

  • Strong understanding of insurance pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management

  • Ability to engage effectively with C-level and senior executive stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions

  • Background in insurance analytics or pricing technology

  • Experience working across multiple EMEA markets
