This role sits within a growing global insurance technology provider focused on improving how insurers manage complex reinsurance and specialty programmes. You will lead commercial strategy across Europe, driving new business acquisition while strengthening market credibility at C-level.
The position combines strategic territory ownership with hands-on enterprise sales execution, requiring someone comfortable operating in complex, high-value deal environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the European reinsurance go-to-market strategy
• Drive new logo acquisition across reinsurers and specialty carriers
• Lead complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles end to end
• Build and maintain C-level relationships across target accounts
• Develop structured territory and account plans
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance
About You
This role suits a commercially mature enterprise seller with proven credibility in the P&C or reinsurance markets. You are comfortable leading strategic conversations at senior level and navigating long, consultative sales cycles.
You combine market knowledge with disciplined execution and understand how to position complex technology solutions in regulated environments.
Key Experience
• 8–10+ years selling enterprise software into P&C or reinsurance markets
