We’re working with a fast-growing, global SaaS provider that’s transforming the insurance industry through cutting-edge technology. Their platform powers digital transformation for insurance agencies, brokers, and MGAs across the U.S., UK, and international markets.
As they continue to scale in the U.S., they’re hiring a Head of Product to lead the North American product function. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who understands both the complexities of insurance operations and the fast pace of enterprise SaaS delivery. You'll report to the U.S. General Manager and have direct responsibility for shaping product strategy, leading a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, and driving innovation across the platform.
Key Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle: roadmap, releases, requirements gathering, documentation

Define and prioritize features based on market research, client feedback, and strategic goals

Collaborate with engineering and R&D to bring high-impact features to market

Translate business needs into user stories and detailed specifications

Act as the voice of the customer across internal and external stakeholders

Support international collaboration with teams in Europe and Israel

Grow and mentor a high-performing U.S. product team
What We’re Looking For

8+ years in product management, including team leadership

Deep familiarity with U.S. insurance distribution (agencies, brokers, MGAs)

Strong understanding of insurance data flows and back-office processes

Experience with B2B SaaS and complex enterprise product environments

Technical fluency – capable of architecting modules and communicating with dev teams

Hands-on, strategic, and commercially aware

Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S., Europe, and Israel
