About The Position

Global Product Marketing Manager

 

As Global Product Marketing Manager, your primary goal is to create demand for the clients insurance management platform through effective marketing content, thought leadership and ABM marketing programs globally.

You will have in-depth knowledge of the InsurTech target markets in the UK and any additional experience of the US or APAC is valuable.  You will work closely with the product management, sales and marketing

teams to raise awareness of the business and educate the market on a global scale. Reports to the CMO.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Messaging & Positioning

Lead the creation of messaging, positioning and value proposition for the different personas, target audiences and geographies.

Sales Enablement

Proactively support and collaborate with Sales across geographies to create tools: sales decks, customer case studies, videos, presentations, assist pre-sales with demos, etc.

Customer Advocacy Program

Responsible for creating customer case studies, success stories, and testimonials for both external PR and internal reference stories for the Sales team.

Content Creation

Write solution data-sheets, demos, video scripts, blogs, synopses, presentations, bylines, thought leadership content, press releases, website pages, etc.

Webinar Program

Own and implement a robust webinar program closely aligned with the ABM strategy, target audiences and lead gen initiatives.

Competitive Analysis

Maintain a competitive analysis document and create battlecards for education of internal teams.

Product/Feature Launches

Bridge the gap between marketing and product development, create internal updates, training for sales and customer success teams.

Analyst Relations

Build and implement a thriving analyst relations plan. This will include collating a list of the main analysts and influencers in the market, identifying the spaces they cover and where the business fits in. You will build persuasive presentations and be the spokesperson for the business in the analyst world.

Speaking Opportunities

Represent the business on panels, at industry events, tradeshows and on webinars/podcasts and earn yourself a place as a knowledgeable and credible resource (SME) for educating the market.

Industry Trends/State of the Market

Responsible for staying abreast of business and technology current events and summarizing them for the greater good of the company in periodic reports.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years of product marketing/product management experience with strong understanding of the insurance and enterprise software industry.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and leader, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product management globally.
  • Excellent story teller, who can translate technical features into clear, compelling and memorable stories for a range of audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven people, project and program management
  • Business and analytical skills
  • Proven sales and channel enablement experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders
  • BS/BA in a technical or marketing discipline required, MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel. This position may require travel to other office locations, conferences and customers.
