Senior, customer-facing sales leadership role partnering with insurers, brokers, and MGAs to drive complex enterprise software deals across the personal lines market. This role focuses on originating and closing high-value opportunities, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping commercial outcomes across the UK insurance sector.

This position supports complex buying decisions, working closely with executive and commercial stakeholders to evaluate platform needs, position technology solutions, and deliver measurable business value.

The Role

This position sits within a fast-scaling insurance technology provider delivering modern, cloud-based platforms to the personal lines market.

The role is focused on new business acquisition and enterprise sales growth, working closely with product, marketing, and partner teams to develop and convert strategic opportunities. You will leverage your market network and commercial experience to open doors, accelerate deal cycles, and win major accounts.

You will act as a senior commercial lead throughout the sales lifecycle — from early engagement and opportunity shaping through to negotiation and contract close.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development across brokers, MGAs, and insurers in the personal lines market
  • Generate and qualify enterprise sales opportunities through industry relationships and targeted outreach
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for target accounts and segments
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across commercial and executive levels
  • Shape commercial proposals and negotiate high-value contracts
  • Represent the business at industry events and market forums
  • Provide market insight and competitor intelligence to internal teams
  • Maintain structured pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs

About You

  • You bring an established personal lines network, strong commercial instincts, and a consultative sales approach. You are comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, leading negotiations, and operating with autonomy in a growth-focused environment.
