The Role
This position sits within a global insurance technology business delivering modern platform solutions to carriers and reinsurers. The focus is on originating and converting new enterprise opportunities, shaping deal strategy, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
You will work closely with senior sales leadership, product, and delivery teams to build pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and secure high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute structured territory growth strategies across reinsurance and specialty markets
• Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise sales opportunities
• Lead consultative sales engagements from early-stage opportunity shaping to contract close
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across target accounts
• Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to generate new business pipeline
• Shape compelling commercial proposals and business cases
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
• Support strategic account expansion where relevant
About You
This role suits a commercially driven enterprise seller with experience operating in insurance or insurance technology markets. You are comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders and managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
You bring discipline, structure, and market awareness, with the ability to balance autonomy and collaboration within a regional sales team.
Experience
• 5+ years enterprise software sales experience within insurance or reinsurance markets
• Proven track record of winning complex, high-value deals
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of European P&C or specialty insurance structures
• Experience operating within SaaS or cloud-based sales models
Desirable
• Existing network within UK or European reinsurance markets
• Exposure to specialty insurance platforms or core systems
• Experience supporting multi-country deal cycles
