Our client is an International provider of end-to-end software solutions for life, Pensions and General Insurance Industry. Founded around 10 years ago, they now have an annual turnover of £28m, employ 380 people across 5 locations throughout the world and have established a reputation as one of the true leaders within their field. There aim moving forward is capitalise on the trends in the insurance and pensions market as well as expand into additional global markets including the US and Asia Pacific.

As part of this strategy they are looking to appoint a high calibre and ambitious Sales Director to drive sales through a period of tremendous change and growth. As part of the management team, your key task will be to contribute to sales strategy and and subsequent execution. you will have experience of Life and Pensions and of driving sales in a rapidly growing software company. You will have experience of Complex solution based selling into financial services, or alternatively you may have held a Leading positions in our target customers (probably IT or Product) Experience of selling into international markets will be highly regarded.
