Sales Director required for our client who are one of the UK's leading providers of solutions to the general insurance industry. They develop applications that enable insurance organizations to reduce costs and increase productivity in their core operations while maintaining world-class customer service. As Sales Director you will be responsible for running a small sales team as well as carrying your own personal quota. The team will be responsible for generating sales of insurance software applications within General Insurance in the UK. Ideally you will have a wealth of sales experience at a senior level, including management of a sales team and have worked in the IT Consultancy field selling complex Software Solutions within the General Insurance sector. Your background will include a proven track record of sales achievements with the ability to close complex deals and you will be experienced in building relationships at board level, delivering presentations and negotiating at board level. You will have a good knowledge of both the IT industry and the Business.
