If you are using external recruitment agencies for either permanent or contract hiring, Synergis can take over the management of the relationship with those suppliers and make the whole process much more tightly controlled and costed.
Our end-to-end involvement can be either on or off site (depending on recruitment volumes), encompassing all stages from supplier contract negotiation to invoicing. From the creation of job specifications (a critical and often overlooked discipline) to final placements, we will aim for optimum time-to-fill using our best practice resourcing processes, without losing sight of the fact that the best candidates must be recruited.
Whilst these services are usually offered on fixed-term contracts (typically 12 to 24 months), we will also co-source on an assignment basis when you have neither the time, the resources or the relationships to effectively manage even a fairly low-volume recruitment campaign. This allows organisations to flow an effective campaign through a well-defined project plan with effective attraction and application management strategies. Not only is this cost-efficient, it will play a large part in protecting and improving your employer brand.
